To report a streetlight outage please take the following steps:
Call Penelec at 1-888-544-4877 or go online:
https://www.firstenergycorp.com/outages_help/report-lighting-problem.html
♦ Provide your name and phone number (in case they need more information)
♦ Give the address where the streetlight is located (the nearest house or business address) and the nearest cross street.
♦ Provide the street light number (there should be a small silver placard located at eye level on the pole containing the street light number; this number is required to process the order for repair).
