Code Enforcement Complaint Form

You may report a municipal code violation using the form below. Your contact information is required, but will be kept confidential. All reports will be reviewed by the Lawrence Park Code Enforcement Officer. Please be as specific as possible when providing the location and description of the violation (weeds, trash, junk/abandoned vehicle, etc.) You must provide the address/location where the issue exists so that action can be taken. If reporting a junk/abandoned vehicle, a description of the make/model/color would be helpful.

Noise complaints and complaints about dogs are handled by the police; their number is 898-1634.
