♦ The Lawrence Park Treasurer’s Office. Hours are Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm. Closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 pm, and closed on Wednesdays and Fridays.

♦ Erie City Hall, 626 State Street, Room 105, Erie, PA 16501 (Phone 814-870-1210)
♦ Print out and deliver the application in person to the Erie County Revenue Bureau at Room 109 in the Erie County Courthouse, 140 West Sixth Street. The office is open Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is closed on county holidays.
By Mail:
Download, print, complete and sign the appropriate form. Please note that you will need a separate application for each dog needing to be licensed. Mail the completed application and payment to:
Revenue Bureau, Erie County Courthouse, 140 West Sixth Street, Room 109, Erie, PA 16501. Make checks or money orders payable to the Erie County Revenue Bureau.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Upon request, a copy of the spayed/neutered certificate must be provided.
- Lifetime licenses can only be purchased at City Hall or by Mail.
