Finance

As a First Class Township, Lawrence Park has an elected Treasurer, who is elected to a four year term.  The Treasurer’s office collects revenues for the Township and also serves as the real estate tax collector for Township, County of Erie and Iroquois School District as well as collecting the Per Capita tax for the School District.

You may view your propery information on Erie County’s website.  It will give you information on whether you have applied for the homestead exemption and normally includes a drawing of your property, which may assist you when applying for a building permit.

The Treasurer sells Erie County dog licenses and mechanical amusement permits.
